RETAIL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (M/F/D)
YOUR MISSION
Under the responsibility of the regional Sales Director, and working closely with the Retail Operations Manager. Your role will be to support store teams in all programs and processes related to the daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, processes, be customer obsessed, and exceedingly detail oriented.
Operational responsibilities
- Perform weekly sales, stock, POS controls in coordination with finance and internal control, provide regular feedback and lead the continuous improvement process for all existing and new procedures
- Provide essential operational support to the stores, proactively responding to operational requests with a service and solution-oriented approach
Support our store managers in Facility Management follow up and day-to-day-business - Coordinate the development and implementation of operational initiatives aimed at optimizing retail operations, performance and quality of services
- Monitor and manage the budget in a cost efficient way for store orders, related to retail activity, including supplies, beverages, uniforms and stationery, while keeping the quality of the experience
- Help to coordinate store openings, renovations and closings
- Facilitate the arrival of new store employees by managing their equipment and onboarding in collaboration with the HR team
Retail performance responsibilities
- Motivate our teams to continuously elevate our retail experience with an eye for detail and excellence in execution
- Create company strategies and presentations
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Logistics and stores to improve product flow and delivery frequency
- Coordinate new product and collaboration launches
- Support the Sales Director during weekly calls
Safety responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and procedures in store. Ensure clients’ and teams’ safety.
- Supply stores with equipmen, H&S documentation and work tools
- Update health & safety guidelines in coordination with Health & Safety Manager, HR and Client Care Centre
- Check stores’ safety registers and conduct risk assessment check list on yearly basis with safety managers
- Keep a focus on safety conditions in stock room and client care
- Supervise staff training needs and implement them in coordination with HR and safety management
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPRTISE
- Degree qualified with 3+ years working experience in retail project management, ideally with relevant store experience
- Project management, time management, organizational and analytical communication skills
- Strong customer focus, able to adapt communication to different levels of business partners in retail network (regional managers, store managers, stock specialists, client managers etc…)
- Implement a collaborative approach to project work whilst still able to work autonomously on multiple projects at any one time
- Proficient in German and English, French is a plus, also ability to work and travel regularly throughout Germany and North Europe
