The Finance Systems Transformation team is responsible for running SHAPE+ - a DHL Group cross-divisional Finance transformation program. SHAPE+ aims at driving standardization and automation of core Accounting processes across Business Units and their consolidation into ONE SAP S/4HANA Finance ERP platform. This will streamline our Finance set-up and is the basis for the continuous transformation and digitalization of the DHL Finance organization.
As Process Manager, you are supporting the development and roll-out of the process model in our process towers – Record to Report (RtR), Cost Accounting (CA), Order to Cash (OtC) or Purchase to Pay (PtP).
You will be part of the process design team in the SHAPE+ Program. In close collaboration with the Cross-Divisional Process Owner, divisional process experts, the SHAPE+ community and external partners, you will define solutions for business requirements and support the rollout of the process template to the operational entities worldwide. You will ensure project delivery, design training materials and be part of continuous improvement.
Your Tasks
- Support the design of end-to-end processes
- Contribute to process analysis and standardization jointly with divisional process experts
- Be part of defining solution options based on the SHAPE+ template
- Conduct process modelling and documentation and create functional specifications
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Organize fit-to-standard workshops as part of continuous improvement
- Analyze efficiency and quality improvement potentials and propose solutions
- Drive alignment with other process towers and end-to-end optimization
- Ensure project delivery by tracking and updating tasks in Jira/Confluence, ensuring test execution and reporting progress
- Support the development and implementation of the cross-divisional governance model incl. the design and implementation of internal controls and performance KPIs
- Ensure consistent and updated process documentation, design and conduct trainings, create user communication and change management measures
Your Profile
- Experience (2-3 years) in Finance, ideally in process projects, Shared Services or Process Governance
- Working experience in SAP system design and/or implementation
- Solid process modelling skills (ideally Signavio/BPMN 2.0) and technical affinity (design/implementation of S/4HANA or ECC 6.0, esp. FI/CO or FSCM)
- Experience with Jira/Confluence
- University Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or equivalent working experience
- Strong conceptual design & analytical skills
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with high level of enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent English skills, German would be beneficial
