Internship European Brand Management in Verden (Aller) bei Mars

Join us and become a part of the Mars Pet Nutrition European Marketing team! You will gain valuable practical experiences in the emotional and dynamic FMCG category of Pet Nutrition. As a member of our international brand team, you will cross-functionally cooperate and network with associates and agency partners from different countries and cultures. You will be working in cooperation with our EU Brand Manager, and you will have the opportunity to work on your own responsibilities that shape the long-term success of your brand. At Mars, you are more than “just an intern”, you will be our team member who leads their own projects – supported by your fantastic team and your fellow intern community.

Your profile:

• A bachelor’s degree or currently working towards a bachelor’s degree with a specialization in marketing, business, or a related field
• Initial practical experience, ideally in sales / marketing or in the FMCG industry
• Ambition to take on responsibility right from the start
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Initiative, flexibility, agile way of working and a passion for brands
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English and German
• Good MS Office knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

Your tasks:

• Participate in strategic brand management and brand communication projects
• Assist in creative asset development and content management for the EU region
• Drive management of website SEO and eCRM activities for key markets
• Support local teams in deploying digital marketing, social media and influencer campaigns
• Collaborate with other departments and external agencies
• Create presentations and conduct performance diagnostics of your brand

Location: We are an international team. You can either be located at our German office in Verden (close to Bremen) or work flexibly from your home office
