Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Specialist Procurement (m/f/d) for our team in Unterschleißheim who will be responsible for product transfers and the relationship with the suppliers of our company.

Our Sourcing team partner with the business to ensure efficient acquisition of goods and services that enables the commercialization of our medicines, vaccines and Animal Health products. We collaborate internationally and are grouped into center-led categories and regional operating teams.

Responsibilities / Functions

• Supporting of product transfers

• Sourcing of Direct Materials in line with product transfers

• Supplier Relationship Management ( Transfer existing, Selection, Evaluation, Price and Contract negotiations)

• Procurement related change control initiation and follow up

• Claim Management

• Processing of Procurement related deviations / complaints

• Cooperation with AH-GSM and Global Procurement HH

• SAP releases (PO) and SAP Master Data maintenance (e.g. Material Master, Prices)

• Data maintenance and support of AH-GSM sharepoint data

• Provide Procurement data/experience for local departments and/or other Global Functions (REACH, iOTIF, supplier transparency, QCE, Audit initiation)

• Market observation and development of new suppliers
