We are looking for Student Worker - Software and Test Development for QNX OS to join our global team with a mind for details and creative thinking. You will gain an understanding & experience of how embedded systems are designed, how virtual machines are configured, tested and how reference software needs to adapt for customer-specific implementations.

In this role, you will:
- Be an integral part of our core tools team
- Create an environment in which various embedded hardware units can be integrated (automotive ECUs based on Renesas, Intel, Qualcomm, TI, RPI SoC's) to access them remotely
- Finding and creating technical solutions in close cooperation with the team
- Setup and update hardware and software
- Setting up a web server (NodeRed)
You will have:
- Interest in working with software and hardware
- Interest in solving problems independently as well as in cooperation with the team
- First knowledge in dealing with embedded hardware, target-systems, remote access (if applicable Raspberry PI, Arduino) is a plus
- First knowledge or experience around testing of embedded hardware or software is a plus
- Knowledge in networking (e.g. terminal server, SSH connections)
- Knowledge of scripting language (BASH)
- English language skills (written and spoken)
