As the Manager for Employer Branding & Candidate Experience at Evotec, you will play a pivotal role in our Global Talent Acquisition team, contributing significantly to Evotec's overarching people strategy. Your mission is clear: shape, position, and promote our distinctive employer brand proposition, #BeCUREious. In this dynamic role, you will be the architect of candidate experiences, ensuring they are not only exceptional but leave a lasting positive impression throughout the entire recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with Evotec's values and business objectives.

Create and maintain a compelling employer brand narrative that highlights the company's culture, values, and employee value proposition.

Manage a team of talent acquisition coordinators to deliver best-in-class candidate experience.

Implement innovative and effective methods to attract top talent, including social media campaigns, employer brand events, and partnerships.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to showcase Evotec as an employer of choice in the life sciences industry.

Design and optimize the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and positive journey from application to onboarding.

Gather feedback from candidates to continuously enhance the recruitment process and improve overall satisfaction.

Work closely with internal teams, including Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Corporate Communications, to align employer branding initiatives with overall corporate messaging.

Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, industry organizations, and educational institutions to enhance Evotec's visibility in the talent market.

Track and analyze key metrics related to employer branding and candidate experience to measure the success of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related roles.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, branding trends, and recruitment technologies.

Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
