Program Manager (Sales Team) in Bayern bei Tracxn Technologies

About the Role:

As a program manager at Tracxn, you will be responsible for managing programs, including solving problems, executing projects, implementing, owning and improving processes within the program, and tracking their performance. You will be working within the Sales team and solving the Corporate GTM strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Take complete ownership of the design and processes implemented for your program

• 
  Plan, design and implement projects within the team

• 
  Build processes with focus on accuracy, efficiency and scalability. Try to automate as much as possible

• 
  Ensure training of involved personnel and identify specific training programs if needed

• 
  Set up a monitoring protocol and design MIS reports

• 
  Proactively monitor the progress of the processes implemented using the designed MISes

• 
  Resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective action

• 
  Continuously Identify areas of improvement in the processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2 to 4 years of work experience

• 
  A go-getter. High intent of getting things done.

• 
  Exceptional problem solving skills.

• 
  Ability to make decisions based on sound logical arguments. Seek continuous feedback to deliver most optimal solutions
