Front Desk & Office Manager (f/m/d)

Your tasks

• Welcoming and receiving visitors or customers
• Organizing incoming and outgoing mail (letters, parcels and emails)
• Answering and forwarding calls
• Support with travel booking for employees and talents
• Ordering and managing office supplies
• Maintaining the order of the reception and office areas
• Assisting with internal events or meetings, including the preparation of meeting rooms and the organization of catering
• Supporting the management team as required
• Involvement in on and off-boarding of employees
• Communication with service providers
• Assisting with basic accounting tasks (processing invoices)

The position requires presence in the office (home office possible in exceptional cases and by arrangement).

Your profile

• Min. 1-2 years working experience in office management, front desk or similar field
• Team player and communicative
• Hands on and can do attitude
• Very good problem solving skills
• Service oriented, reliable and resilient
• Independent way of working
• Strong attention to detail
• Good spelling in written and spoken English/German

Desirable:

• Initial experience in the field of work safety
• Interest in the topics of sustainability
• Interest in social media and artificial intelligence
• Affinity for technology and manual dexterity
