As the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will join the studio's management team to help shape the future of Bytro. You will drive our product strategy and guide our dedicated product teams through an ongoing growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision and Roadmap: Develop a long-term portfolio strategy and vision with the management team and develop roadmaps with the executing product owners
Product Development Leadership: Organize product development for high-scale gaming products, our growing live games as well as new titles and inter-studio cooperations from ideation to launch
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional leaders in technology, marketing, data science and game design to ensure successful product launches and continued growth
Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of product, production and design leaders, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Champion autonomous and data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organisation
Innovation and Industry Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and market insights. Contribute to the knowledge exchange and product strategy of the Stillfront Group and our sister studios
Talent Acquisition: Build and shape excellent product teams. Attract and recruit top talent who align with our company culture and core values, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to boost productivity and performance

Ideal Experience

Proven track record of shipping financially successful gaming products in a leadership role, preferably with experience in free-to-play/mobile games
Experience in building, managing and mentoring cross-functional product teams
10+ years of experience in the games industry, preferably in companies of 100 people or more
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive player engagement, retention and monetization
Experience in understanding and implementing funnel analysis, conversion, consumer acquisition, retention, and go-to-market strategies
In-depth first-hand knowledge of GaaS principles, mechanics, monetization strategies and the gaming market
