What You'll do
- Work with the local Sales Team of currently 7 people and support them in all CRM matters (SalesForce), especially when it comes to quote creation, order processing, creating reports and analyses
- Support the Sales Team when it comes to forecasting and tracking key metrics in the Sales people´s opportunities
- Communicate with our customers and our resellers when it comes to quotes and orders, but also with telephone support in case the respective Sales person is out of office or cannot take the call
- Interact with internal colleagues in different departments like Finance, Legal, Business Operations and SalesForce Administrators
Experience You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience as Assistant in Sales or Business Operations
- Very familiar with Excel and a CRM system, knowledge in SalesForce would be a big plus
- Strong analytical skills with respect to working with numbers
- Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, team-oriented sales environment
- Good English language skills, being a native German* speaker would be a plus
- Demonstrate a desire to learn and grow within your position, and proactively pursue such growth and learning opportunities
