Your tasks

CONCEPT & STRATEGIC WORK – 50 %

Be responsible for keeping a globally consistent brand image for Güntner brand and other brands of the Group; incl. reviewing and approving all designs.
Serve as the facilitator for projects and ideate & develop visual concepts that inspire.
Understand the stakeholders’ needs, write creative briefings for designers, and assign design projects to team members and external partners.

DESIGN WORK – 20 %

Create integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print.
Maintaining quality standards across the production of all creative work.
Lead image & video sourcing, as well as all photo / video shootings.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT – 30 %

Implement and improve creative project workflows, ensuring that every part of these workflows runs smoothly and efficiently.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, to the highest quality level, and within budget.
Establish and communicate schedules to deliver projects on time; report progress of all work and any anticipated deviation from planned timings and costs; troubleshoot issues that could slow down the design process.

Your skills

You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field with 5+ years of related graphic design experience.
You are an expert in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and have in-depth knowledge of graphic design production principles.
You are known for your strong creative vision, with an eye on business objectives.
You always have your finger on the pulse of the times in your profession, know the current trends and know how to use them creatively.
You have compelling project management skills, with a focus on creative direction.
You are highly organized, able to manage multiple projects at one time.
You are a team player, working effectively with a variety of different people.
You are fluent in English.
