• Design, develop, and optimize electro-mechanical systems for advanced quantum computing devices.
• Collaborate with quantum physicists and engineers to translate complex quantum computing requirements into practical electro-mechanical solutions.
• Lead the development of prototypes, including hands-on assembly and testing, to validate design concepts.
• Use advanced CAD and CAE tools for 3D modeling, simulation, and analysis of electro-mechanical components.
• Ensure designs meet stringent requirements for precision, reliability, and scalability in quantum computing environments.
• Drive innovation in design methodologies and materials to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of electro-mechanical components from concept to production.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior designers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field, with a strong emphasis on electro-mechanical design.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing electro-mechanical systems, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Expertise in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD and simulation tools for stress, thermal, and dynamic analysis.
• Profound understanding of the principles of quantum mechanics and their application in quantum computing.
• Experience in working with cryogenic systems, vacuum technology, and high-precision mechanical assemblies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
