In order to support the PM Consultancy Team, Airbus Operations is looking for a

Working Student within Project and Programme Management (d/f/m)

• Start: A s soon as possible

• Duration: 6 months

You will work in one of the most dynamic areas in the Airbus Center of Competence ‘Project & Programme Management’: The Programme Acceleration Team (PAT). here we support large and complex projects in the set-up phase, together with 5 other services, such as Agile Reference Center, the Audit team and the Facilitator team. All 6 services together form the PM Consultancy Group.

On top of the roll out of best practices for the set-up of large projects, we also cope with the latest developments in PM, but also build a large capitalisation solution, allowing rapid access to PM solutions and/or deployment of new PM ideas.

You will be located in our offices in Hamburg, but work closely with the other team members in Toulouse and other sites .

Definition working student

Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies. This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.

This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises. A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.

Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities

• Support us in PAT missions, with own contributions to the mission, and solutions for remote collaborations.

• Develop and deploy innovative and digital solutions for the day-2-day activities during consultancy missions and help us to continuously improve the operating model and adaptation of PAT and the other PM Consultancy services for the future

• Support Programme Acceleration Team capitalization of good practices and sharing within the team.

Desired skills and qualifications

• Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) within IT, Business management or Engineering

• Experience within project management

• Experience in portfolio management incl. Prioritization and selection process would be a plus.

• Experience within G-Suite

• Experience with Google Web pages/scripts and with collaboration tools (e.g. Jamboard, Kanban boards, confluence) would be a plus

• Fluent in English; German and French would be a plus.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, motivation to take initiatives
