Timely and appropriate completion of administrative and organizational tasks for the management level
Reliable support for the whole Operations team in all administrative tasks like purchase order placement, supplier contracting, travel organization and reimbursement
Creation and revision of presentations, documents, plans
Coordination and alignment of cross-functional and international meetings and workshops
Compilation and preparation of regular reporting of key performance indicators from different departments

Requirements:

Completed commercial education or a comparable education
Several years of professional experience in the field of assistance required
Excellent knowledge of the common Microsoft 365 programs
Strong communication and organizational skills and structured way of working
High level of commitment, ability to work in a team, high independence and initiative
Fluent English language skills (verbal & written), German is a must
