Your Tasks - What You can expect as Customer Relationship Program Manager (f/m/d)?
You define and manage the CRM strategy and roadmap.
You collect and evaluate business requirements and resolve system issues.
You define standards and targets for the CRM processes and structures.
You ensure alignment between business and IT and host global CRM Key User community.
You run continuous improvement processes and rollout projects in an agile environment.
Your Profile - What do You bring as Customer Relationship Program Manager (f/m/d)?
You have successfully completed a related university degree and gained several years of experience in Sales/Marketing or Consulting.
You bring strong knowledge of CRM tools, such as Sales Force/Microsoft Dynamics or others.
You are familiar with project management methods and capable to successfully put them into practice.
You are an experienced change manager, who is able to coach/ train relevant stakeholders across all hierarchies.
You can operate in an international environment and have a direct and open communication style in order to communicate on all business levels.
Your English is proficient - written as well as spoken.
