Job Description:
As part of our collaboration with one of our global strategic partners we are on a mission to deliver enhanced digital workplace experience for thousands of users worldwide. To support our growth, we are looking for Internship (m/f/d) in different client locations in Germany (Berlin, Potsdam, Dresden, Eschborn, Gerlingen, München, Hamburg, Markdorf, Ratingen, St Ingbert, St Leon Rot, Walldorf).
As an intern at DXC Technology, you will be responsible for:
- maintaining various IT systems, troubleshooting software and hardware issues,
- providing support to end users,
- recording technical issues and solutions in our Knowledge Management System,
- updating knowledge articles and provide training to end users.
We are looking for candidates with:
- fluency in both German and English,
- first experience with ServiceNow tickets, software deployment, Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems, and basic hardware support,
- additionally, you should have strong interpersonal skills and be willing to work onsite at client locations.
