For our division Communications ,at our location in München we are looking for a

Personal Assistant to CCO (m/f/d)

Your New Pair Of Shoes:

• Appointment coordination, preparation and follow-ups
• Event organisation support
• Work closely with the PAs of the C-level (CEO, CFO, CPO, CSO) as well as with the PAs of regional and country managers
• Travel planning as well as travel expense/credit card invoicing
• Manage communication with external service providers
• Support with controlling tasks (e.g. budget, invoice control)
• Preparation of evaluations, office work support, vacation planning
Ad-hoc coordination of the internal translation agencies

Your Walk Of Life:

• Previous experience (commercial /administration/hotel administration)
• Or similar experience in PR agency, consultancy or law firm
• Structured way of working with a focus on achieving high quality results
• Positive attitude and desire to work in a team
• Ability to work well under pressure and great organisational skills
• Exceptional skills in communication across different hierarchies and departments with the ability to present to the C-level
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP desirable
• German as mother tongue and English at least on the B1 level
• Readiness for occasional business trips
