As a content creator and copywriter at Kuehne+Nagel, you will have the chance to explore the logistics of nearly every major industry, from the supply chains of modern medicine to the globe crossing odysseys of semiconductors, those tiny chips that power everything from smartphones to satellites. You’ll be crafting online stories, ad copy, print assets, email campaigns and more alongside fellow content specialists, designers and other creative thinkers in our Centre of Excellence (CoE) marketing team. You are the content expert of our team and your designated topics. Your main projects will be to develop content on key growth topics, outlined in marketing plans of the broader team. Alongside our marketing specialists—the strategists behind our work—you’ll be developing various B2B content pieces for paid media, the website, emails, and other marketing assets throughout campaign journeys. You’ll connect, interview, and exchange ideas with the logistics experts responsible for your topics to better understand the technicalities and key business messages. Equipped with this support, your work is to bring fresh ideas on how to craft on-brand content that resonates with our current and potential customer base.
- Collaborate with marketing specialists to support campaigns and structure content requests.
- Craft clear, persuasive, and original copy throughout all iterations of your projects and ensure accuracy through proofreading—grammar, cohesiveness, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing specialists on creating content briefs and producing assets for external agencies, ensuring message and brand alignment is adhered to.
- Revise and enhance adverts, campaigns, and other content based on feedback from stakeholders in the business, sales, or marketing team.
- Manage the content process from production to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Present new ideas and play an active role in the conceptualisation of content strategies in collaboration with stakeholders, marketers, and the CoE team.
- Participate in regular industry update meetings with stakeholders in the business and marketing teams to stay informed and an engaged member of the team.
- Bachelor/Masters education in creative advertising, journalism, communication, or similar fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, B2B a plus.
- Native-level proficiency in English with a demonstrated ability to write clear, effective copy in various styles.
- A strong communicator, with the confidence to clarify content requests and transform ideas into tangible first drafts.
- Strong B2B commercial awareness and ability to unpack complex topics to engage target audiences.
- Excellent organisational skills and an affinity to integrate analytical feedback.
