For our Merchandise Visibility Team we are looking for a (Senior) IT Business Analyst RFID (m/f/d) helping us implementing, maintaining and further developing RFID solutions in our stores and warehouses.
Your responsibilities at C&A
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for our system.
- Developing innovative software solutions as a link between the business areas and internal and external development teams
- Integration of existing software as well as newly to be implemented software
- Creation of test cases, autonomous execution of software and interface tests and monitoring of user acceptance tests on-site
- Supporting software implementations and advising user representatives
- Maintenance of software components within your own domain in coordination with external providers and the specialist department
What we expect of you
- A degree in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the application of common requirements engineering methods using modelling standards (with a focus on UML) and knowledge of business object modelling and/or conceptual data modelling
- You have a sound knowledge of SQL and a basic understanding of relational databases
- Expertise in the area of SOAP UI, REST interfaces and Postman is a plus
- Strong understanding of supply chain management from both a functional and technical perspective
- A high degree of creativity and innovative thinking, a structured, results-oriented way of working, strong analytical thinking and enjoy working as part of a team
- Fluent written and spoken English
