MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

• Educated to post graduate level in Business Administration or Business Engineering

• Two to four years of professional experience in the field of automotive or project management

• Effective problem solving, analytical and numerical skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective team player

• Qualified Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word practitioner

• Fluent in English, German as plus

• Awareness of multicultural differences and the ability to adapt

• Self-motivated to solve difficult issues and to investigate details of new topics

Your tasks

• Lead the delivery of strategic aftersales projects (commercial/not technical), from inception to completion, and liaise with internal and external clients/teams to ensure projects are delivered meeting expected outcome

• Understand aftersales and system development procedures to design processes and set up business requirements that support development and improvement

• Analyze & summarize market intelligence information to report to top management

• Handle departmental capital expenditures, process invoices, and manage budget in ERP system

• Track project progress of selected main organizational projects

• Present key results and project status to senior leadership team

• Conduct other ad-hoc tasks as required
