Specialist Learning & Development with focus on Industry 4.0 in München bei TDK Electronics

This position encompasses a diverse range of tasks consisting of two central areas:

DIGITALIZATION & INDUSTRY 4.0

• You will be responsible for the continuous development of the global training landscape in the area of digitalization and Industry 4.0. This is done in close collaboration with the Corporate Industry 4.0 department as well as HR colleagues worldwide.
• In collaboration with subject matter experts from the area of digitalization and Industry 4.0, you create diverse and targeted learning offerings (e.g. face-to-face training, blended learning, online training, e-learning modules, communities of practice, ...).
• You analyze the feedback of your learning offers and regularly obtain practical impressions in order to continuously improve the concepts and formats.
• You are responsible for the further expansion of the internal trainer pool in the area of digitalization and Industry 4.0 in cooperation with external trainers.
• You will independently plan and monitor the budget for all learning measures in the area of digitalization and Industry 4.0.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT

• You support support functions from the area of digitalization and Industry 4.0 in the qualified conception, coordination and implementation of change processes with a focus on culture development and collaboration in projects.
• You identify change needs, derive necessary steps from them and advise on the development of adequate activities.
• You support the creative the preparation of creative and proper communication measures and information events.

• You have a degree in business administration, business psychology, organizational development or a similar field of study.
• You have experience in the management or control of complex, international HR projects in a corporate environment.
• You have strong methodological and didactic skills and several years of professional experience in the field of Learning & Development.
• You demonstrate extensive experience in the use of common multimedia and authoring tools.
• You contribute your own ideas and ideally have experience in the field of digitalization and Industry 4.0.
• You are a communicative, solution-oriented team player with a strong hands-on mentality.
• You have intercultural competence in collaboration and are willing to travel internationally (approx. 20%).
• You have fluent written and spoken English skills (C1).
