We are looking for a Manager - Operations (f/m/d) to join our European business. Delivery Hero Europe consists of 8 different country organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin, Germany (HQ). Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions.
Your mission:
Together with the European - regional - and country management teams, you deliver a strategy and target operating model for Ops & Contact Center across Europe - and lead the project(s) to implement it.
You drive key strategic projects across our geographies that have cross-functional involvement and help take our Ops & Contact Center (Partner, Rider, Customer) incl workforce management to the next level
You drive and monitor day-to-day operations for in-house and outsourced, lead continuous improvement across the teams, and leverage KPIs to ensure success. You spread awareness, develop a sense of ownership, and inspire your team to reach our goals.
You become a thought manager in making any scalable and standardizable interactions with our customers & partners better.
You identify product needs and work closely with our central logistics and operations and central teams on improving the tooling you need to maximize efficiencies.
You have a hands-on approach and love going into details to better understand and shape solutions to our daily operational needs.
You work closely with our Enabling areas and Operations & Contact Center teams in all our 8 markets as well as with Delivery Hero's global Ops team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, operations EU.
Your heroic skills:
Min 3-5 years relevant experience working in customer or partner operations and/or Contact Center environments.
You have at least a Bachelor’s degree from a leading university.
You are highly passionate about increasing efficiency & creating scalable processes; and have the experience to back it up.
Solid project management skills and track record of successful execution.
You are a natural leader with strong management abilities, and a track record of successfully overseeing large teams and projects.
You have an outgoing personality, with excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do, never-give-up attitude.
Highly analytical with a focus on scalability, utilizing data to investigate problems, identify opportunities, and propose solutions.
You’ll have a good grasp of Lean techniques and Six Sigma tools (Certification not required).
You are comfortable and have the ability to achieve goals in a dynamic and high pressure, entrepreneurial environment and are capable of shaking the status quo.
You are able to travel to our regional offices.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (German not required)
