You are a full time student, looking for a working student position? Then apply now! We look forward to you supporting us in the A320 Final Assembly Line Performance and Improvement team as a working student (d/f/m) with approx. 18 hours a week!
Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies. This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.
This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises. A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.
Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Support and preparation the weekly management meeting regarding headcount and qualification of resources status.
Support and preparation of monthly performance reviews.
Development of a new visualization tool for staffing model.
Implementation of Quali-level-report for production.
Support the strategic forecast planning in terms of resources and recruitment.
Collection of data from different HR sources to build new KPI’s in 2024 regarding staffing and recruitment.
Creating independently charts/diagrams from different data sources for management slide.
Alignments with performance manager in terms of resources and collect facts and figure.
Improve transparency for secured staffing on all levels. Therefore work closely with HR.
Support resource management on annual operational planning for the final assembly line Hamburg.
Support on ad-hoc actions from management.
You are an enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within Data Management; Business Informatics; Industrial Engineering; Computer Science or a similar field of study.
Good knowledge of google suite tools, especially Google sheets and Google slides.
Data analytics skills.
Gap-analysis on all levels.
Good English level - German is a big plus .
Open mindset and willingness to learn.
