Regional Marketing Manager - Mobile Browser, Germany & Poland in Deutschland bei Opera

Location: Germany (remote) or Poland (Wroclaw or Warsaw)

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to bring passion for mobile apps. You will work closely with the Product Marketing Director and Product Marketing organization as well as the Product teams for our mobile browsers (PMs, Engineering, Marketing/PR and BD functions) where you will help shape the Opera Browser roadmap while formalizing & own the execution of the product marketing strategy. You can work remotely from Germany or any other offices in Poland.

Today, hundreds of thousands of users worldwide are deciding to download the Opera Browser to their mobile devices on iOS and Android. As a Regional Marketing Manager, we are looking for someone who is able to grow our user base with targeted campaigns in Germany and Poland.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Define, own and execute local marketing strategies in Germany and Poland.
• Lead and support local growth and engagement initiatives for mobile browsers.
• Interact with Product Marketing Managers and the product team.
• Gather in-depth knowledge of local marketing landscape and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth
• Work closely with channel managers to translate go-to-market into their channel strategically (paid, social media, influencer marketing)
• Use of a data driven approach to manage campaigns and drive insights on strategy and performance.
• Communication of the weekly updates, progress reports, timelines, and results.

Job Requirements:

• Strong passion for marketing / app marketing.
• 4+ years of marketing/product marketing experience with preferably minimum 2 years of focus in marketing campaigns in Poland or Germany.
• Good understanding of cross-promotional channels on an operational and strategic level.
• Strong-problem solving skills.
• Flawless execution on managing, optimizing and reporting on marketing campaigns.
• Fluency in English, German and Polish languages is a must to be successful in this role.
• Self starter, goal orientated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ease and flow working across time zones.
