Our team is responsible for product management for luxury and sustainability. We continuously develop, implement and adapt the Mercedes-Benz luxury & sustainability strategy to customer requirements in order to create a luxurious and sustainable driving experience with the customer at the center.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Contribute to the strategic development and embedding of "luxury" and "sustainability" in our products based on a data-driven approach to the market, customer and competition
• Independent development/coordination, representation and steering of coordinated sales and marketing requirements from a market, customer and MPC perspective in alignment with the requirements of current and future competitors
• Generation of new product ideas/features/characteristics to sustainably secure the Luxury positioning of our products
• Support of cross-MPC processes with sustainability focus from the product point of view analogous to the Luxury requirements
• Planning and design of independent projects

• Degree in the field of economics, engineering, sustainability or a comparable course of study
• Solid knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Confident handling of MS-Office (especially Powerpoint)
• Basic knowledge of agile working methods
• Commitment and ability to work in a team
• Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
• Communication skills
