Your main tasks

• Design and implement state-of-the-art user interfaces for our digital health
  applications used in the field of medical rehabilitation
• Plan and execute user research initiatives, user interviews and usability
  testing, and present your findings to stakeholders and management to
  drive informed decision making
• Identify user needs and problems, gather requirements, and develop,
  manage and document elaborate interface design concepts for current
  and prospective digital products
• Ideate and translate concepts into mockups and prototypes that lead to
  intuitive and equitable user interfaces
• Be an essential part of the product team and build positive, collaborative
  relationships with other team members and stakeholders from
  engineering, implementation management, marketing, customer support,
  etc.
• Plan and lead design reviews and share your work regularly with the
  product and engineering team to drive continuous innovation and
  improvement

Your profile

• 2+ years of experience in designing user interfaces for digital products,
  preferably with a strong focus on mobile application design, ideally with
  experience in the digital health space
• Participated and collaborated across all phases of design work from
  research, concept definition, UX flow execution, wireframing, prototyping,
  and creating production-ready designs to supporting multi-disciplinary
  teams during implementation
• Profound understanding of modern design principles (visual hierarchy,
  layouts, modular design systems, responsive design), typography and
  color, and high proficiency in building and maintaining design systems,
  pattern libraries and brand/corporate identity guidelines
• Excellent visual design skills to create cutting edge interfaces for web and
  mobile applications that meet the distinct needs of our users/patients
• Great mockups skills to communicate design solutions to the product and
  engineering team for refinement and implementation
• Solid to excellent knowledge of tools like Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, Adobe
  Creative Cloud, Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Strong communication and time management skills, and the ability to be
  self-directed, prioritize and plan
• Highly motivated team player with commitment to continuous learning
  and empathy for the specific needs of our users/patients
• Full working proficiency in English; while fluency in German is not
  required, we appreciate a solid working knowledge (B2 or higher)
