As People Operations Manager you are the central contact person for all employees located in Germany and you supervise all operational personnel-administrative activities and topics. You are characterized by a self-reliant and proactive way of working, are a communicative personality and enjoy helping to shape our P&C world.

Tasks

• Support the employee lifecycle, being one of the points of contact for HR queries, advising employees, and completing cases in an efficient and timely manner e.g., employee onboarding and offboarding, holiday queries, office management etc.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders (employees, management)
• Be the superuser of our P&C systems, always keeping them updated and accurate, recording all key changes as and when they happen and providing regular and ad-hoc reporting as and when required
• Prepare payroll accounting
• Ensure trouble-free functionality of all equipment and tools (Google Workspace, Atlassian, monday.com, Pipedrive, etc.
• Responsible for country-specific topics and relations
• Hybrid-position: remote/office presence required once a week

Requirements

• University or business school graduate with a degree in business, HR or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in People Operations within a fast-growing company
• Passion for helping people and creating an amazing infrastructure
• Excellent proficiency in English and German. Any other European language will be considered an advantage
• Based in Berlin
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High degree of self-motivation and an independent way of working
• Work analytically and in a structured manner
• Goal-oriented and a fast learner
