Who we are looking for...
You are a host, problem solver and eagle eye all in one! You are someone with a lot of experience in daily hotel operations, have a knack for guests and are attentive in everything you do. Nothing escapes your attention on your daily safety rounds, and you spot potential hazards before they arise. You create guidelines and processes for the hotel to ensure the safety of guests & employees and work closely with hotel management on this. During your Manager on Duty shifts you are hands-on and support the teams with words and deeds.
What your responsibilities are...
- You are present with the guests, interested in their experiences and are a professional in the area of complaint management
- You are "hands-on" and sometimes lend a hand in the various departments when help is needed
- You make daily safety rounds through the entire building, document safety-relevant points and take care of their implementation
- You are familiar with the company's internal as well as legal safety regulations and put them into practice.
- You update our crisis manuals, MOD handbooks and other safety-related documentation and train the management team accordingly
- You perform regular bag checks in the back of house area
- You create analyses and reports in the area of security
- You are familiar with the operational and legal handling of surveillance cameras
- You take over the communication and coordination of external security companies if necessary
- You are a real team player with all hotel departments and the leadership team

- You have already gained relevant experience in the area of reception, guest relation or management in a hotel
- You have a fantastic appearance, are charming and convince with your professionalism
- You are an experienced leader with a confident and calm demeanor
- You are a communication talent with very good German and English skills
- Your winning appearance, your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality
- Your willingness to perform inspires your team to peak performance and as a true team player you support the leadership team professionally with your expertise and advice
- You have a work permit for the EU/Germany
