Requirements:
Successfully driving initiatives by the Sales Marketing Manager (SMM) means:

You are responsible for the planning, execution and debriefing of offline/online events and the general performance measurement. This also includes the collection of internal data for the creation of communication material as well as the collection of data (KPIs) around our activities.

Drive processes, create alignment on operational topics and keep in contact with all relevant cross-functional stakeholders.

Collaborate with our internal Sales Team to help them create assets such as sales presentation, brochures, presentations, tutorials and merch that support our PRO customers increase their revenue and improve their customer experience.

Work together with the marketing team to develop content formats that resonate with our target audience and ensure that Kleinanzeigen PRO becomes a must have for any commercial user.

Be the controller of Sales Marketing related budget lines and make sure that you manage those according to our overall business goals.

Own and manage our external agency relationships in order to create our Go-to-Market content and initiatives that bring our professional appeal to the next level.
Qualification:
Job experience:
-
Professional experience in order processing and sales processes is desirable
-
Sound MS Office or G-Suite knowledge
-
Relevant proven experience in event management, content marketing, lead generation and cross-functional project management

A confident use of CRM systems is an advantage
-
You have experienced knowledge in working with KPIs and are able to conclude further actions out of KPI metrics

You have experience in visualizing data and presenting these in front of internal stakeholders

Systematic, structured, careful and analytical way of working

High quality awareness and organizational skills

Strong service mentality and self-organization

Ability to work in a team, being committed and staying flexible

Languages: business fluent German and good English
