In this role you will have the advantage of working in a highly collaborative and agile marketing team and the opportunity of working with multiple stakeholders and teams such as specialist marketers, compliance, data and product, as well as external partners.
Job responsibilities: - Oversee and develop end to end marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal and external support and approaching campaigns in a highly collaborative way
- Develop best in class marketing assets that ensure consistency of our brand across multiple touch points
- Be a brand custodian, and own the brand governance process to ensure work developed by the team is consistent and considered
- Identify effectiveness and impact of marketing campaigns through tracking and analysis, and work with internal marketing and external agency partners to optimise accordingly
- Confident in writing creative, campaign and assets briefs and managing the process through to completion
- Be comfortable presenting campaign plans and final deliverables to stakeholders
- Maintain full awareness and understanding of appropriate legislation for relevant channels and ensure all activity is approved by Compliance and Legal team(s); ensure that all materials are consistent with legal conditions and code(s) of practice.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Relevant experience or degree in marketing or in a related field
- Attention to detail and good project management processes
- Passionate about maintaining brand consistency
- Calm under pressure with a positive attitude
- Excellent organisational skills
- Fluent communication skills in German
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills - Experience with working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience with working in multinational corporations
