You and your team

Get to know many different places and companies – as a service engineer, you spend two to three months during your onboarding and a few times a year at our headquarters in beautiful Hamburg and spend the rest of the time with your own company car as a solution provider for our customers. You make sure that our service stands out and is given a face. In close contact with our customers, we work with you not only to ensure that our instruments work reliably, we also provide expert advice so that they are used optimally for the task at hand. And we think sustainably and maintain our products far longer than is customary in the industry.

What there is to be done

• Installing measuring instruments and carrying out customer-specific training in the use of KRÜSS measuring technology and software at the customer's premises.

• Maintenances, calibrations (preventive & corrective maintenance) and qualifications for contract customers

• Individual advice and technical support for national and international customers and distributors

• Regular further training at our headquarters in Hamburg

How you achieve it

• Completed degree in the field of engineering, alternatively / additionally also gladly an apprenticeship in a technical profession with close relation to measurement/electrical engineering or related fields

• Very high willingness to familiarise yourself with complex contexts

• Technical affinity & enjoyment of practical work as well as a love of experimentation

• High degree of willingness to travel (up to 70%) – also to other french speaking countries

• Resident in North France is essential with a top equipment for your HomeOffice

• Confident communication in English, both written and spoken
