WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Responsibility in technical multi-project management and project portfolio management
Coordination of resource deployment planning and capacity planning with the department heads and team leaders in engineering (m/f/d)
Budget and investment planning
Data analysis and management as well as further development of data evaluation (dashboard)
Monthly reporting

The position is to be filled at the Kassel, Kiel and Unterlüß sites.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration, engineering or comparable
Experience in the field of multi-project management / project portfolio management
Professional experience in the engineering sector
Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and SAP PS
Experience with Mygal servers, Python and Java Script an advantage
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Strong moderation and communication skills
Structured way of working
