Job Title: Executive Assistant - European Corporate

Position Summary:
This is an EA and Office Manager role supporting Senior Directors in Frankfurt. The Global EA team consists of 40 employees, situated between London, Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America. EAs work together supporting Senior Directors across the business and onboard new joiners. Everyone is capable, experienced and has a solid connection to the company, within the EA team and the business areas they support. There is a collaborative and hardworking quality output ethic in the team. Core responsibilities of the role are diary, travel and expenses and business support. EAs co-ordinate with an external travel company to organise travel.
Office management is approx. 40% of the role.
Primary Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Executive Assistant

Extensive calendar management, coordinating schedules, calls and meetings

Arranging national and international travel and itineraries

Organising events including lunches and dinners

Formatting and working on documents, spreadsheets and presentations

Extensive email and phone liaison externally and internally

General EA duties include completing expenses, updating the HR system with absences and holidays, updating contacts and system filing

Ad hoc duties as required including support and cover for other EAs
Office Manager (joint)
Key Requirements/ Qualifications:
Extensive EA experience supporting at Senior Management/Managing Director level working within banking, financial services, or commercial industry.
Technical

Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Fluent in written and verbal German and English

Excellent organisational skills, flexibility and ability to multitask

Ability to work independently, effectively and remain calm under pressure
