For a private equity portfolio company, Connecting Experts are seeking a Sales Manager, for Automotive Plastics. The position will be based in Germany.

Role Responsibilities:

• Create and cultivate tight ties with the client contacts (purchasing, technical, and programmatic)
• Support for acquiring new projects and client guidance within the framework of the sales activity
• Aid in the formulation of the customer strategy based on the product portfolio
• Organising and carrying out concept workshops at the client’s location
• Throughout the project’s lifecycle, you are accountable for the commercial elements

Your Profile:

• Successful completion of commercial-technical studies, or comparable with an emphasis on sales
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Knowledgeable of and adhere to the company’s processes, policies, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Business fluency in English
• Great skills in MS Office
