YOUR MISSION

• Design of marketing materials: Creation and implementation of all print and digital media in the current corporate design, including marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, PowerPoint presentations, product packaging, advertising banners, logos and other materials to effectively present the Healy brand.
• Image editing: editing product photos and images to ensure optimal presentation
• Optimising and perfecting our visual identity: continuously improving and refining our corporate identity to create a highly recognisable look and feel
• Optimising workflow within the design teams and collaboration with internal stakeholders: Improve work processes within the design team and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient processes
  Team collaboration: working closely with the marketing team and other departments to understand and implement graphic requirements for different projects

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in the field of communication design, graphic design or a comparable qualification
• Proven expertise in graphic design, especially in a marketing context
• Sound knowledge of common graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), as well as PowerPoint
• Very good skills in design, image composition, colour theory and typography across all disciplines of graphic design
• Strong creativity and a strong sense of time management to complete projects efficiently and on time
• Hands-on mentality to actively participate in projects and drive the implementation of ideas
  Problem-solving orientation to creatively overcome challenges in graphic design
• Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work seamlessly in creative teams and exemplary communication skills
• Self-starter and remarkable ability to conceive, execute and manage projects independently
• Business fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills are required (German language skills would be a plus)
