YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Global Marketing Department in Brenntag is looking for a Social Media Specialist. We are a global team, spread across the world, but working together as one team. To further extend our Social Media capabilities we are looking for a Social Media Specialist, who can help to take Brenntag to the next level in the area of Social Media.

Your Task: Lead and oversee all social media activities in Brenntag, specifically

• Further develop and implement the global social media strategy in collaboration
• Collaborate with other members of the Global Marketing teams to achieve business objectives
• Create social media plans with defined goals and guidelines
• Support the development of global social media campaigns
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed, including adherence to Tone of Voice and Image Style
• Translate content into social media characteristic language and style
• Continuous improvement and monitoring of the social media activities

YOUR PROFILE

The ideal candidate for the position is a highly motivated self-starter with a goal and team-oriented personality who has a passion for innovation and continuous development and is always quality-conscious.

Further you should have:

• A university / FH degree in marketing / economics / digital or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, especially Social Media Management
• Languages: English fluent, German a plus, other language skills desirable
• Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube ...
• Analytical capabilities (i.e., interpretation of Social Media results)
