About Position
The Salesforce Consultant is involved in creating various salesforce Projects. They are accountable for conducting training sessions to the juniors in the team, and other groups regarding how to build processes wherein in the dependencies are showcased in the business code.
What You’ll Do
- Management of all phases of a project life cycle, from analysis to project implementation, as well as professional management of project teams with heterogeneous structures
- Conception and implementation of innovative approaches in the field of customer relationship management and customer service
- Development of digital sales and service strategies based on cloud solutions
- Management of customer projects as project manager or sub-project manager
- Coordination of work packages and procedures in direct contact with the customer
- Improvement of new working methods for processes at customers and in the company
What You’ll Bring
- At least 5 years of experience in an industrial/service company with a focus on CRM or IT.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent command of German and English (spoken and written).
Your technical strengths and professional expertise should include the following:
- Profound knowledge in the areas of customer relationship management, digital sales and customer service.
- Good knowledge in the design and implementation of IT architectures or in infrastructure construction and operation.
- Good analytical and conceptual skills.
- A high degree of service and customer orientation, personal commitment, performance motivation and proactivity.
- Very good knowledge of German and English (business fluent in spoken and written).
- Team spirit as well as flexibility, mobility and willingness to travel.
