Your responsibilities

• Steer and execute selected transformation initiatives in EMEA Marketing, Sales & Service and/or Central Functions (such as HR, Finance, IT, Supply Chain Management) of high strategic importance by assuming a leading or supporting program/project management role
• Provide guidance and ”hands on support”, including change management, to selected transformation initiatives in EMEA Marketing, Sales & Service and/or Central Functions to ensure progress and quality of implementation with a focus on (agile) methodologies
• Support the cross-functional collaboration and alignment of transformation & change initiatives across EMEA business units, functions, sub-regions and complementary transformation activities to ensure conformity, consistency, and completeness of the transformation landscape
• Act as “change enabler” for all stakeholder groups and apply project-related change management methodologies to ensure the sustainable success of transformation initiatives
• Represent (parts of) the EMEA transformation in selected EMEA and global governance bodies by preparing, participating in and documenting management meetings on transformation governance and steering
• Highlight opportunities and escalate risks, issues and dependencies towards EMEA and global senior management stakeholders
• Support the systematic prioritization and development of the EMEA Marketing, Sales & Service and/or Central Functions transformation roadmap across business units, functions and sub-regions

Your qualification

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or similar academic background
• A minimum of five to seven years experience in Healthcare/MedTech and/or strategy consulting firms, both in a multinational/global context
• Proven track record of successfully supporting (or leading) complex business transformation programs
• Profound professional experience in project management, including working with multiple stakeholders on different organizational levels
• Experience with project management tools and (agile) methodologies, incl. change management
• Strong motivation to drive transformation & change initiatives across the organization to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances
• Passionate team player who considers driving engagement and motivation, collaborating, and building partnerships as his/her top priority
• Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of stakeholders from business units and functions in different EMEA regions and across different management levels
• Strong analytical, systematic thinking and conceptual skills to prepare and take excellent and timely decisions
• Strong communication skills, contextual awareness, and the ability to adapt approach and demeanor in real-time to match the shifting demands of different situations
• Organized and methodological working style with excellent time management
• Fluent in English (orally and in writing)
• Willingness to travel (up to 10% of monthly working time)
