Position: Production Planner (m/f/d)

Contract Type: Unlimited, Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Job Description:
We are looking for an extremely organized and proactive Production Planner to join our team. As a
Production Planner you will be the interface between all departments to organize and plan our
production processes in an optimal way. Your main task will be to control the demand for materials
and personnel on time to enable a smooth flow of orders. You will also help to optimize our processes
and make them more efficient. If you have strong planning skills, organizational skills, excellent
communication skills and are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear
from you.

Your Tasks:

• Coordination of production needs in interaction with the purchasing department
• Elaboration of production plans according to deadlines and forecasts as well as the organization

process, creating data, efficiencies and capacity utilization

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in Excel and ideally Navision for data analysis and management
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Experience in production planning and logistics, ideally from food industry
• Strong analytical skills, discipline and attention to detail
• Communicative skills, organizational talent as well as a structured and independent way of

working

Education:

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration

• First professional experience in a comparable field of activity
