Your Mission in a Nutshell: As a Junior Back-end Engineer at Humanoo, you'll be an essential part of our mission to enhance the health and well-being of countless individuals.

The Team: Our tech team consists of over 20 professionals coming from different countries (more than 15 different nationalities). We speak English and work in an Agile/SCRUM setup - cross-functional squads together with product owners and designers, a clear scope of ownership, and 2 weeks sprints.

We value versatile engineers, who are keen to work with the latest technologies and love clean code. Our team is always aiming higher and meets on equal footing. If you are keen on regular knowledge-sharing sessions and cross-functional collaboration - this is a great team to join.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME:

Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals to develop, enhance, and maintain our Humanoo app, making wellness accessible to all
Harness the power of Java and Spring Boot to build robust, scalable backend solutions that underpin our platform's business logic and innovative features
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform, making it even more impactful for our clients and users

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

Strong skills in Java and Spring Boot
A high degree of enthusiasm and an appetite for learning
The willingness and adaptability to embrace other programming languages as needed
The flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where innovation knows no bounds
Optional: knowledge of Typescript and Angular

INTERVIEW PROCESS

Upon the receipt of your application, our Talent Acquisition team will thoroughly evaluate your submission. We endeavour to provide a status update within 3-5 business days. If your application progresses positively, you will be invited to participate in our comprehensive selection process, which includes the following stages:

Initial Screening Call (45 minutes)
Technical Assessment (90 minutes)
Leadership Interview with CTO (45 minutes)

After the completion of these interview stages, our hiring team will convene for a debrief session to discuss your application. Following this debrief, our Talent Acquisition Partner will reach out to you to provide feedback and communicate the final decision regarding your candidacy.
