About the Role:

The Executive Briefing Manager at the Munich Salesforce Innovation Center (SIC) is a pivotal role focused on delivering exceptional executive experiences and influencing strategic opportunities for Salesforce customers. You will orchestrate end-to-end strategies and coordination for customer briefings, tailoring them to meet unique needs and fostering a successful journey with Salesforce. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will build tailored agendas, ensure customer objectives are met, and deliver engaging demonstrations. Additionally, you will actively promote SIC activities and connect with Sales Leadership Teams and other SICs globally. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical, prioritization, and organizational skills, along with a track record of driving executive briefings in a corporate environment. Effective collaboration and the ability to bridge departments, personalities, and priorities are needed.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership and lead the success of high-quality briefings involving key customers and prospects.
• Act as the primary contact and consultant to sales teams, providing comprehensive guidance and leading priorities and expectations throughout the briefing lifecycle.
• For each briefing:
  • Collaborate closely with Account Teams to understand customer and sales objectives.
  • Design an agenda that aligns and advances the goals of both the customer and Salesforce, ensuring relevance, compelling content, and inspiration.
  • Identify, secure, and prepare the appropriate mix of product experts and executives to facilitate interactive and productive discussions.
  • Conduct dry runs with speakers to ensure smooth and impactful delivery.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to position products effectively in a briefing environment.
• Serve as a reliable business partner, maintaining consistent and clear communication with Workplace Services & Events Teams.
• Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with Sales, Marketing partners, and Subject Matter Experts involved in the briefings.

Required Qualification:

• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required, with evaluation based on core competencies for the role (e.g., leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).
• Minimum 6 years of corporate experience in Marketing/Sales, including at least 2 years of experience leading customer meetings/events.
• Strong team spirit, with a proven track record of collaborating, sharing information, and supporting team members.
• Business and impact-oriented approach, focused on driving maximum business impact and demonstrating the value of the SIC (specific industry/company).
• Functional project management experience, consistently driving multiple projects and initiatives from concept to completion.

• Strong multitasking abilities, able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proven background in delivering customer success, regardless of the format.
• Interest in Salesforce technical environments and experience delivering generic demonstrations to customers as part of the briefing agenda
