FOR OUR HEADQUARTER IN DÜSSELDORF WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR YOU AS A

• You lead a team of (Senior) Purchasing Managers to achieve the common objectives of Group Purchasing
• You define strategic goals for each supplier in your portfolio, in alignment with the A&P strategy and Group KPIs
• Supervising and managing relationships with assigned suppliers and European Key Account Managers, as well as leading quarterly Group Business Review supplier meetings, also falls within your responsibilities
• In your role, you are also responsible for defining T&C goals for harmonization at the Group, regional, and/or cluster level, as well as defining significant frameworks for KPIs
• You conduct contract negotiations and oversee the entire process up to the final contract conclusion with the support of the legal department
• You lead A&P Cluster Meetings, coordinate A&P clusters, and facilitate consultations and discussions

• You have a successfully completed university degree in economics, preferably with a specialization in retail
• Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in direct international purchasing or sales, preferably with a focus on the consumer goods industry or retail
• Leadership experience with interdisciplinary and international teams
• International negotiation experience at an expert level
• Comprehensive experience in setting up and managing complex databases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, preferably with SAP experience
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous
