The role you’ll play
As Customer Advisor for the DACH region, you'll play a key role in driving our growth ambitions for small to medium-sized customers. Your passion for sales and drive to succeed will enable you to proactively identify new business opportunities, navigate customer needs and pain points, and close opportunities to grow the segment.
Your key stakeholders will be the DACH contact persons in your portfolio. You will also collaborate with colleagues outside your team responsible for small- and medium-sized customers in other regions to drive growth across our entire geographical scope. Internally, you will be working closely with our Operations Solutions team together with other relevant colleagues in our Commercial, Finance, and Product & Tech organizations.

We are looking for a Customer Advisor to join our team in Hamburg. From here you will also be part of our Customer Success team where you will be closeley collaborating together with four dedicated colleagues and your leader. You will actively be taking part in the team’s growth journey focused on establishing team structures and improving professional and personal capabilities to support our goals.

- Outreach and follow up on leads and new customers
- Establishing and developing relationships with small and medium-sized customers
- Convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
- Pipeline management & forecasting of revenues
- Coordinating internal resources and teams to win client trust and drive revenue
- Live according to defined activity goals of the segment

- Practical experience from previous telemarketing, sales and/or customer service roles
- Sales acumen and a commercial driven mindset
- Relevant education within sales, marketing or business administration
- Fluent in English and German – both verbally and written
- Strong willingness to work in a dynamic, innovative and international environment
- An organized and structured way of working
- Ability to work both independently and in teams

- Outbound prospecting experience (cold calling, sales meetings, closing)
- Experience from similar roles within the Technology & Language Services Industry
