Tasks

• Definition of test strategies, creating test concepts as part of the test planning as well as derivation of the test procedure. We place great value on a holistic approach in our cross-functional team (QA, Dev, Consultants and PM)
• Structure and management of the test organization
• Hands-on participation with test activities: planning of tests and milestones, implementation of the QA measures as well as communication and escalation to the project management
• Continuous improvement of the test processes/tools in coordination with the team (e.g., definition and measurement of quality indicators for the product)
• Ensuring that test reports are created appropriately for the addressee (e.g., test and deviation status)

Requirements

• A degree in the field of (business) informatics, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, business administration or comparable courses of study or trainings
• Well-founded knowledge of test management in the context of professional practice
• Big plus: Experience in setting up and conducting load and performance tests for distributed application systems
• Ideally, relevant qualification or certification (e.g., ISTQB)
• An independent and very precise way of working with high demands on quality
• Excellent analytical and communication skills and teamwork capability
• Particularly good English and German language skills

This position can be a remote position but you are more than welcome to work from our offices in Karlsruhe, Frankfurt, Leipzig or Bratislava (Slovakia).
