Qualifications
About you:
- You have excellent knowledge of customer service, you work independently and are solution oriented
- You are a communication talent, and you are fluent in English in addition to German, French, or Spanish
- You don't get lost in the details, have an eye for the big picture, and are a fast learner
- You have a knack for modern systems and have perhaps already had your first contact with SIXT Subscription and our long-term product range.
What you will do:
You take care of the individual support of our SIXT+ customers and are the contact person for all questions and requests. As a product expert (m/f/d), you will be in contact with various SIXT departments and identify the potential for improvement in internal processes and documentation. You take care of our customers by phone and email and have a great team around you.
