Your impact:

As Senior Writer / Storyteller (m/f/x), you are a permanent member of our interdisciplinary sales team, you support consulting teams at all major Deloitte locations in Germany as well as remotely. You translate complex business needs into analytical questions, own the strategy-story nexus, and turn ideas into compelling, inspiring client experiences.

• Creativity: Support and challenge consulting teams in large tendering processes with your creative experience – from the first concept to the preparation of the customer presentation.
• Storytelling: You are responsible for the creation of complex proposal documents, support consulting teams and drive pursuit storytelling.
• Inspiration: Convince and inspire our internal and external customers at C-level and help shaping our customer approach with your copy across different channels and media (from PPT to video and digital).
• Simplification: Make highly complex topics very easy to understand through rigorous editing combining simplification and sophistication.
• Focus: You are on top of things, using your ability to manage vast amounts of content and align stakeholders and contributors to a common goal.

Your skillset:

• 10+ years of complex deal experience with creative and differentiated approach to sales/pursuit materials and presentations. Consulting client experience highly preferred
• Experience leading and coaching presentations, including leading a structured preparation/rehearsal process and providing effective presentation coaching
• Confident communicator who can lead and inspire a team of diverse individuals, thrives in a highly productive environment and adapts to time sensitive and challenging tasks with accuracy
• Experience working, collaborating, and building consensus with executive-level stakeholders, as well as the proven ability to address and resolve conflict effectively and efficiently
• Good German (B2) and very good English, both written and spoken
