Ihre Aufgaben

As CRM Manager and Copywriter (all genders) you will be responsible for the future of our CRM set-up at Luna Brands and for the customer journey of our two brands JewelCandle and OZOÍ. The position offers a lot of development potential as you will be responsible for one of the biggest growth levers. Initially, the focus of your work will be in the areas of product and promo description and email marketing; prospectively, you will collaborate with our current copywriter in executing our full funnel communication plan, as well as develop a cross-channel existing customer strategy from the ground up with the goal of increasing retention rates and sustainably increasing CLV. You will work closely with other marketing functions and interfaces in the company to develop and implement campaign plans. Our office is located in the heart of Berlin, but you can also work mobile 10 days per month.

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for our CRM measures across countries and brands, build and expand the channel and develop a sustainable retention plan.
• With your email campaigns, you promote awareness of our brands and build relationships with our customers by activating, retaining and reactivating them.
• You are responsible, in addition to existing team members, for promotional texts, product descriptions and promo copyrighting, subject to a brief.
• You plan, design and optimize our newsletter campaigns and develop a sound segmentation logic. You will work closely with the Campaign Management, Visual Content, Copy Writer, Design & BI teams.
• You have a holistic approach and you will address customers at the of mid and lower funnel with personalized messages to appeal to customers at different stages of the funnel.
• You will intensively study the characteristics and needs of our customer base and, on this basis, distinguish different segments and develop measures with which you can specifically address the individual segments and which offer the customers added value.
• You will also support the development and implementation of automated life cycle programs, cross-country and cross-channel CRM campaigns (email, offline and online) as well as a functioning referral and VIP program.
• You support the store team in researching & implementing new, customer-relevant features to specifically improve your KPIs.

Ihr Profil

• You have at least five years of relevant professional experience in CRM, preferably from an e-commerce company or agency and want to take the next professional step.
• You will have strategic responsibility for CRM in this role, but must be prepared to take on operational implementation initially until your team grows with success.
• It is important that you are very skilled with setting up and controlling automated workflows (transactional emails, emails based on customer/purchasing behavior, etc.) and are not afraid to implement them.
• Previous proven experience as a copywriter or journalist, with a strong portfolio of work, and a deep understanding of the lifestyle and wellness realms.
• You are experienced at writing promotional texts that will drive awareness, intent and conversions.
• Furthermore, you should have already worked with common CRM tools (e.g. Klaviyo, Emarsys) and be familiar with Google Analytics or browser push notifications.
• Numbers, data, facts: For this position, you need to be analytically strong and know elementary CRM KPIs to regularly check the success of your campaigns.
• You should also be curious and creative and have a good feel for our customers & products.
• You will be part of a friendly marketing team that is looking forward to working with you. You should be able to work independently and on your own responsibility and convince with a structured way of working.
• Fluent English and native level German are a prerequisite for this position.
