Job Summary :
Medpace is a rapidly growing global full-service Contract Research Organization with operations in more than 40 countries. As we continue to expand our recruitment efforts, we are excited to announce our newest open position of Compensation & Benefits Assistant in our Munich, Germany office. This position will act in an administrative capacity, providing support to the local Compensation & Benefits function. If you are ready to make a difference, you must be able to accomplish these tasks:
Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support related to global benefits schemes including employee enrollment in insured benefit schemes, meal voucher administration, invoice administration, etc.
- Provide support to processing new hire payroll procedures and other general HR-related activities;
- Assist in addressing ad-hoc payroll and benefit queries;
- Review and recommend process improvements as necessary;
- Provide support in the analysis of benefit surveys against the market; and
- Support the wider Compensation & Benefits team on any reward-related projects as directed by the global payroll or C&B leads.
Qualifications :
- Previous working experience providing administrative support within an HR department, payroll and/or benefits administration topics is desirable;
- Intermediate Excel skills is required;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and;
- Excellent attention to detail, as well as analytical and problem solving-skills.
