• 
  You are responsible for the correction of Italian electronic invoices when missing TAX ID number
• You communicate by telephone and in writing with customers and internal stakeholders
• You support colleagues with the debt collection process.
• You support colleagues with a higher volume of customers i.e. providing copy invoices.

  You are an enrolled student for one year or longer
• You have a very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• You are fluent in English and very confident in speaking and writing
• You ideally speak Italian and German (not mandatory)
• You are interested in administrative topics and enjoy working in a structured and careful manner
