YOUR TEAM

You work in the Central Risk Management Department of CARIAD.
We are a specialist team, designing, implementing and steering key processes to identify risks for our company, define countermeasures and take appropriate actions to ensure company success.
As a cross-functional role, we interact with all departments within CARIAD, are closely connected to VW Group and the large automotive brands.
Therefore, we have a unique overview of what goes on in the company.
The team is a diverse team of specialists, located in 4 different locations. We are used to work remotely, steer ourselves via OKRs but enjoy regular on-site workshops to align our efforts and have time to socialize.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage daily operations of key processes (detailed field to be discussed)
• Support departments, employees and executives in identifying and managing risks
• Train employees on all levels from all departments on processes and their responsibilities
• Identify key risks to be reported to our board of management
• Ensure quality in our reports to the board of management, supervisory board and other relevant committees
• Develop and implement improvements to make our work more integrated, seamless and effective
• Support the development of our overall department strategy

WHO YOU ARE

• Experienced in Risk Management, Internal Controls Management or Business Continuity
• Profound technical understanding with regards to (automotive) software development
• Well experienced in Microsoft Office Applications
• Worked with JIRA and Confluence
• Ideally knowledge in Python and/or Microsoft Power Platform
• Communicative, open minded and a team player
• Structured and independent in approaching your tasks
